Acceptance of the Terms of Trade
These Terms of Trade will govern the contractual relationships between any individual, who is not acting as a commercial entity, wishing to purchase the Products on the www.antonbeill.com website. To this purpose, the purchaser and the seller agree that these Terms of Trade will, together with the order, as accepted by Anton Beill Haircare, the Terms of use and the Privacy Policy, exclusively govern their relationships.
Amendment to the Terms of Trade
Anton Beill Haircare has the right to amend these Terms of Trade from time to time. The amendments brought to the Terms of Trade will be applicable to any order registered after the amended Terms of Trade are online.
Please read these Terms of Trade carefully as they contain important information . You acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms of Trade.
Definitions and Application
1. In these Terms of Trade, Anton Beill Haircare means Creative Concept LDA, trading as Anton Beill Haircare, 'you' means the individual who is ordering product on the website, and the "Products" means the Anton Beill Haircare products which may be ordered on the www.antonbeill.com website.
2. By purchasing a Product on the website, you formally accept, without reserve, these Terms of Trade which apply to any purchase delivered in a European country.
Geographic area
The online sale of Products offered on the www.antonbeill.com website is intended to individuals who are residing within the European Union and for delivery within this geographic area.
Products
The Products covered by these Terms of Trade are those presented on the www.antonbeill.com website, within the limits of available stocks.
Anton Beill Haircare will make its best efforts so that the photograph of the Products is as good as possible. Please note, however, that the representation of the Products as reproduced from your screen may differ from the exact Product.
Non-availability of the product
The Products are offered for sale within the limit of available stocks. If Products are not available, Anton Beill Haircare will reimburse the value of these items.
Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 24-48 hours from the time that they are received, if received during our normal business hours. Unfortunately, at this time, we do not ship orders on weekends and holidays.
Anton Beill Haircare will do its very best to insure that the order is sent within an average of 4, 6 to 7 business days, at the latest 10 working days after the date of order payment.
You will be required to sign for all deliveries.
Your right to cancel the purchase
Customers may exercise their right of cancellation for a period of fourteen (14) business days if the ordered Product(s) do not give complete satisfaction. This period starts on the date of delivery of the order.
Customers must return Product(s) ordered at their own expense within fourteen (14) business days from exercise of the right of cancellation. The Product(s) must be returned in their original inner and outer packaging with the associated invoice and the cancellation form duly completed to the following address: Anton Beill Haircare- Rua Castilho 57 r/c esq 1200-068 Lisbon Portugal. Customers may also complete the on-line cancellation form accessible from their account. Anton Beill Haircare will issue an acknowledgement of receipt of the cancellation to the email address stated when creating the Customer account.
If the above-mentioned conditions are complied with, Anton Beill Haircare will reimburse Customers within fourteen (14) days for the total sum corresponding to the Products purchased and the standard shipping and delivery costs.
Anton Beill Haircare will not reimburse additional costs if the Customer has expressly selected a more expensive method of delivery than the standard delivery indicated by Anton Beill Haircare.
Opening of cosmetics renders these Products unfit for any further sale, henceforth Customers have no right of cancellation, and any cosmetic which has been opened, spieled, or of which the original packaging has been unsealed, will not be refunded, recovered or exchanged for reasons of hygiene and protection of health.
In consequence, customers are informed that no legal right of cancellation is valid for said Products.
Returns
Only Products purchased on the www.antonbeill.com website can be returned to Anton Beill Haircare for refund or exchange. Products purchased in a department store, speciality retailer, salon or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.
Should you make an error when ordering online, Anton Beill Haircare will gladly exchange your Product for the Product you intended to purchase. The returned item must be unopened and in its original saleable condition. You are responsible for the shipping and additional postage charges.
In all cases, original proof of purchase must be provided and Products must be returned within 14 days of receipt for Anton Beill Haircare to process any refund or exchange. Please call +210990399 or email antonbeillhaircare@europe.com in advance of your intention to return or exchange a Product, so that AntonBeill Haircare staff can assist you with a smooth transaction.
Please retain your postal receipt until you are certain your parcel has been safely received by Anton Beill Haircare.We may need to see this if we fail to receive your package.
We will do our best to process returns within 10 business days of receipt and a reimbursement will be issued through the credit card used for payment.
Prices and Payment
1. All prices on the website are in Euros and are inclusive of VAT. Any change in the VAT rate may be applied to the Products. Prices are subject to change without notice, being accepted that the price applicable to any order is the price indicated on the website at the time of submitting the order.
2. The amount payable to Anton Beill Haircare for an order will be the total of the following amounts:
a. the sum of the price of each Product ordered as indicated on the website at the time of submitting the order (Product Subtotal);
3. You must pay the order amount by credit card at the time of submitting the order. Payments will be made through the securised systems PayPal or Cybersource, which uses the SSL “Secure Socket Layer” protocol, so that all information is encrypted by a software and no third-parties may have access to this information during its communication on the web.
4. Where the Order is to be delivered to some countries in the European Union, you may need to pay customs charges to the government in addition to the order amount.
Liability
When selling online, the seller is only bound by a limited duty; its liability may not be sought for damages resulting from the use of Internet such as the loss of data, any intrusion, virus, service disruption or other non-voluntary issues.
1. Anton Beill Haircare reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to take any of the following measures if you fail to make a payment in accordance with these Terms of Trade:
a. withhold supply and dispose of the Products requested in the order, and/or
b. refuse to deal further with you, and Anton Beill Haircare will not be liable to you for any loss or damage directly or indirectly resulting from any such action.
2. You have sole responsibility for determining the suitability of the Products for the purposes for which you intend to use them.
Force Majeure
If Anton Beill Haircare is delayed or hindered in or prevented from performing any of its obligations under any order by reason of any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control, Anton Beill Haircare will have no liability to you in respect of such non-performance and the time for performing the same will be extended until the event or circumstance has ceased.

Information provided by you for the order of the Products will be automatically processed by Anton Beill Haircare. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further information on the processing of your personal data.
