Return policy

Returns, our your right to cancel the purchase

Customers may exercise their right of cancellation for a period of fourteen (14) business days if the ordered Product(s) do not give complete satisfaction. This period starts on the date of delivery of the order.

Customers must return Product(s) ordered at their own expense within fourteen (14) business days from exercise of the right of cancellation. The Product(s) must be returned in their original inner and outer packaging with the associated invoice and the cancellation form duly completed to the following address: Anton Beill Haircare - Rua Castilho 57 r/c esq 1200-068 Lisbon Portugal. Customers may also complete the on-line cancellation form accessible from their account. Anton Beill Haircare will issue an acknowledgement of receipt of the cancellation to the email address stated when creating the Customer account.

If the above-mentioned conditions are complied with, Anton Beill Haircare will reimburse Customers within fourteen (14) days for the total sum corresponding to the Products purchased and the standard shipping and delivery costs.

Anton Beill Haircare will not reimburse additional costs if the Customer has expressly selected a more expensive method of delivery than the standard delivery indicated by Anton Beill Haircare.

Opening of cosmetics renders these Products unfit for any further sale, henceforth Customers have no right of cancellation, and any cosmetic which has been opened, spieled, or of which the original packaging has been unsealed, will not be refunded, recovered or exchanged for reasons of hygiene and protection of health.
In consequence, customers are informed that no legal right of cancellation is valid for said Products.

Only Products purchased on the www.antonbeill.com website can be returned to Anton Beill Haircare for refund or exchange. Products purchased in a department store, speciality retailer, salon or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.

Should you make an error when ordering online, Anton Beill Haircare will gladly exchange your Product for the Product you intended to purchase. The returned item must be unopened and in its original saleable condition. You are responsible for the shipping and additional postage charges.

In all cases, original proof of purchase must be provided and Products must be returned within 14 days of receipt for Anton Beill Haircare  to process any refund or exchange. Please call +351 21 099 03 99 or email antonbeillhaircare@europe.com in advance of your intention to return or exchange a Product, so that AntonBeill Haircare  staff can assist you with a smooth transaction.

Please retain your postal receipt until you are certain your parcel has been safely received by Anton Beill Haircare.We may need to see this if we fail to receive your package.

We will do our best to process returns within 10 business days of receipt and a reimbursement will be issued through the credit card used for payment.
